2017 Pinarello Track Bike Build
Thinking of building a Pinarella Track Bike with intergraded handlebar stem.. Anyone own one of these here..? Looks really sweet.. That sure would be a really different build..

Dude, stop trolling the forum with stupid questions you don't really want answers to. You post stuff, then immediately post "already bought it" and don't take any advice. Really, all you want to do is use this forum to flaunt your apparently endless supply of money. We get it, you are gonna buy multi-thousand dollar bikes and wheelsets at a rate of one per week, congratulations. But I sincerely hope you also donate a portion of your infinite wealth to charity, because flippantly posting about your 10-15K builds is really gross. No problem at all with wealthy people, most of us are grinding to get there, but these "hey look at me, I really don't care what anyone thinks, but I'll pretend I'm interested in other opinions" crap is annoying AF. Just buy your "Pinarella" track bike and post pictures, that's all you want to do anyway.
LOL a couple beers really frees your mind I tell ya!

Should look into Pinarello, not sure what to expect from a Pinarella it could be a rebranded Chinarello.

So that's a 2015, not a 2017.
Are you a competitive track racer?
If not? Build it with whatever you think will make you happy.
Or build a house for someone who needs one. Either way.

It is a current new build from Pinarello as it takes 3-4 months to get it from the factory in italy. This is the current new model according to Competitive Cycle...Long wait period..

Indeed! It was mildly amusing at first, then got annoying really quick. All he does is gets a bike shop to build these bikes ... not sure what's the grand plan here. Probably never rides them

I think they should start an ART forum. That's where most of these POSTS should be. I have no problem with him having MONEY or how he spends it, however I don't think any of these posts have anything to do with actual CYCLING.

Maybe if this wasn't becoming a weekly thing, and it was just posted as "here are pictures of bikes and wheels I just bought", I wouldn't find this to simply be spam. But reading multiple threads of the same topic, there is exactly ZERO redeeming information in them, nothing of substance being discussed. "No one is forcing you to read them", yes I know, thanks for the tip, I'll take it under advisement. These threads are literally just an ego fest to show off expensive stuff someone just pointed at, purchased, and then took to someone else to assemble. If you want to look at amazing bikes and wheels, Google image search can accomplish the same thing, without all the pretense.

That's his M.O. That's his entire posting history.
Just previously under a different subforum, until this one was found with a larger audience.
The site serves as his personal twitter feed / blog.
Like you said - build threads are fine. Many people don't give a **** about Treks. Many people don't give a **** about Chinabombs. Just keep it all in the same place.

No problem with bike build threads in this forum. Even if I'm not looking to build whatever specific frame is being discussed, there is generally a lot of good information to be found, because usually the actual poster is building up the frame. What I don't like is this poster starts all these threads under the guise of seeking opinions, but really it's just "look at what super expensive thing I'm buying off the shelf next". There is no meat to any of these threads, just "I spent hella cash on this, here's the proof, and then I took it to the bike shop and someone else built it up and here's more pictures of my all my bikes, look look!" When people try and respond to "questions", there is very little interest in actually discussing anything. Then more "hey look my 8K wheels arrived here's a picture of me holding a box." And then he has the gall to ask "hey anyone else have this bike or this wheelset, I'm suuuuuure with all the advice I got, there would be other people in here who have these 15K bike builds...anyone? Darn, I was suuuure hoping someone else would post pictures of their $8,000 DAS BOOT KAISER SOZE LIGHTWEIGHT WHEELSET. But I'm the only one, isn't that right?"
Maybe if this wasn't becoming a weekly thing, and it was just posted as "here are pictures of bikes and wheels I just bought", I wouldn't find this to simply be spam. I stand by him having these bikes BUILT for him as pieces of art, NOT bikes to be ridden (CYCLING). Bike art FORUM. Not ROAD cycling FORUM.

OP's posts are gold. Gold!
I think my favorite thing out of all of this are the consistently terrible photos of his gear, including the box for a Leica SL and some lenses, along with a statement that he has multiple high end SLRs.
