Hi I picked up this frame from the dump and was just wondering what it was the serial number is B19814 and it weighs about 3.4 pounds it also says made in America under the serial number the frame is not painted it's just silver

Should probably go to C&V or MTB.

I'd guess 1996-ish. Maybe a little later since it's setup for V-brakes, not cantis.

Looks like it could be titanium.
