any tips for a bike chain that fell off?
 

I was washing my bike today and the chain fell off. i put it back on and it didnt seem to hard. well just now i tried taking my bike out again and i started shifting gears and the chain fell off again! Is there anything i should know or do when i try to put the chain on again?
