Trek Madone 9 2016

My Trek Madone 9 2016 vibrates violently when descending at speed in windy conditions especially when braking. Does anyone have any experience of this or any explanation?

A riding buddy of mine has one of these bikes. We ride the mountains a good bit. He never complains. We rode yesterday & were going over 40 mph in several sections on the descents.
