Any 68 mm wide BB shell can be fitted with an outboard bottom bracket mechanism whether threaded or press fit.

For press fit 68s, the outboard bottom bracket mechanisms are generally called adapters.

I have always tried to find a way to do this. The outbound bearing provide more stabilization than the inner ones.

For BB30 I go PF30, for threaded - I don't know what it is called, but use Wheels Mfg.

I am a Shimano fan, but this is another reason I like the 24mm steel spindle over a 30mm BB30 spindle.
