Need help identifying Specialized Allez model

Hi all - I just bought a Specialized Allez on Craigslist, but not sure which model. The guy who sold it to me didn't remember, but said he bought it 8-10 years ago. Pictures of the bike are below. I reached out to Specialized but haven't heard back yet. I'd really appreciate any help with this!!

Allez

2007. Previous years had a wedge seatpost. Drivetrain would be a good indication as to what level the bike is (pro, elite, etc.)

shifter and cranks look like claris or sora (no integrated dual shift) which would put it at the bottom of the lineup.
