I am not a fan of Lynskey bikes or the customer service, but i do like Titanium. I'm looking at building a Ti gravel bike with clearance for 42 or even 45 tires, and fender mounts. I am still rummaging through my research of Ti builders (including Kent Ericksen and maybe Black Sheep) among the non-local ones. Lynskey is having a 50% off sale so better hurry if you want one. An endurance geometry is relaxing for long rides and long days in the saddle. My Roubaix is like a smooth but pretty fast couch but since I rarely do anything more than 80-90 miles, I'm going to sell it. Once I do, the Ti bike will be ordered. So look at the head angle and chain stay lengths. That primarily determines the handling feel of the bike and differentiates the road racing vs. endurance thing. Tube sizes and shapes will primarily determine the stiffness.

Has anybody bought the Lynskey PRO GR bike? Tell me what the pluses and minuses are. What would you do differently?
What did you compare it to?
Other test rides or bikes you ride, or have ridden?
What is the difference in weight and ride quality vs the 3.2 Ti version?
Would it be better or worse with the Chris King t47 BB? Too stiff?
I am 6’1” 168 pounds.
I hate aluminum for its ride quality: too stiff, wears too easy, denting…
I do not like feeling like I am riding a jack hammer.
I have a Litespeed Vortex from about 25 yrs ago also have a too small for me Obed.
Maybe trade in the Obed, for a gravel 6/4 or 2/3.

As a few posters have already suggested, upgrade the bike you already like the best with a handle mounted brake/shifter set that appropriately matches the current gears in your bike. If you want to add more gears, depending on the age of your current bicycle, you may need more than crank and rear cassette. A new rear hub may become necessary.
In terms of the cost, this is the least expensive option and chances seem that you will be very happy with the results.

I have a Lynskey R230 circa 2015 and love it. I chatted and emailed with them and this is what they recommended for my age and the type of riding I do. At the time, Lynskey was selling through my local shop, so I confirmed everything with them too. I did buy new wheels, just 'cause I wanted to.
