Solution but new problem
Saw a thread about lowering stem to help shoulder/neck pain. Tried it out tonight and it worked!
Only problem is there was more pressure on my dudes. Not comfortable. Would pitching the saddle help or something? What can I do? |
Drop the nose of the saddle in tiny increments. Drop it too much, and you'll constantly feel like you're sliding off.

Have you talked to your vet about getting neutered?

What the Dr said. You may also find the pressure increasing on your sit bones as you tilt it down.
A cutout saddle may help. |
The dudes should abide.

If possible, rotate slightly left or right of dead nutz center. I tried this long ago and it did help but not needed any longer.

Start fixing the problem with the saddle dead level. Tilting it is the last thing you want to try. Since you likely rotate your hips forward when you lower your bars, and that extends your reach to the pedals, your best bet is to lower the saddle a bit. Remember to push it back about 1/3 of the amount you lower it since lowering also brings it forward. A couple of mm lower may be enough.
