I Have 2 Free Months to Give Away for TrainerRoad
Hey All
All are taken for now, but I'll post again when I get more!
I gained a TON of fitness using structure and I think their plans work well for everyone because of the flexibility they offer. I haven't been training for a specific event, I just roll through the plans watch my FTP go up
Their podcast is really good as well. Very informative and easy to listen to. I don't work for them, I'm just a total fan boy
