Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Well, as bad as I hate to admit it, I enjoyed Lance Armstrong's STAGES during the 2017 Tour de France.
Here he speaks on the Froom Doom

I like Global Cycling Network and Velonews. Their material seems well researched and accurate, plus the edit their broadcasts to minimize wasted time. I've tried a lot of other podcasts, but they often don't know what they are talking about and have too much boring whining and BS. If I want rants, I'll listen to Bobke, who is often interesting.

The TrainerRoad podcast if you have any desire to get faster on the bike. Mountain biking, road cycling, triathlon, cross, fondo's, commutes they cover it all. They answer questions that people submit.

Easily the best one out there.

I second the Stages podcast, especially during the TdF. Hope they do more (other races) during the year.

Its not about road cycling, only, but bike culture in Portland Oregon and broad cast over the air there.

on the listener sponsored station KBOO.. of thru kboo.fm, for parts outside the broad cast area..

Velonews Fast Talk. Lots of good nerdy science stuff and in-depth talks about things you never think about.
