Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

If you can feel it when you're riding, by all means. I've seen balancing products out there, ones that look better than what he's sticking to the rim, and it's interesting, but I don't know that a shake on the stand necessarily translates in to anything in real life.

I did a further search and it seems opinions are mixed. Some argue that a shake on the stand does not mean anything on the road, others say it does. I suppose I can try balancing the wheel with a counterweight and see if I notice a difference balanced vs unbalanced.

I think I’ve mentioned this before but my FSA Racing Zeroes (Campy Shamals) are perfectly balanced.

With the possible exception of the two expired injection pens, I get along with MTX--been taking it for two years. The biologics I've taken are subcutaneous. I'm talking about Remicade.

I'm continually amazed how the usage of MTX has spread over the years. When I worked on the synthesis in the early '70s, it seems it was relatively unknown by the public. Cancer chemotherapy was the main application. Then in the late 70's I had a boss whose wife used it for psoriasis. Now everybody is talking about it in general conversation as well as in TV ads even if just to say that a biologic would work better in some cases.. Who knew?

Enbrel? Enbrel is a pretty good treatment for RA but every patient's response is variable.
