ParkPre Road Bike - Looking for Info/Value

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

ParkPre Road Bike - Looking for Info/Value

What up my fellow Road Bikers!

I did my first Sprint Triathlon last Nov and after vowing not to ride my Mtn bike when I do the next one, I started shopping for a road bike. I ending up finding a guy who buys storage units that was selling a bunch of them super cheap. When the dust settled I had bought 13 bikes and some various parts. One bike I was pretty excited about getting was this ParkPre Image. It's light as hell and rides great! It's got some wear and tear and still needs a front mech. I'm still undecided if I'm going to keep it or sell it and would like to know more info about it and a ballpark value from anyone that has an idea. Most of my searches give me values on just frames and I'm not sure what year it is, so here I am looking for help.

Hmm, I didn’t know ParkPre was around so late as the period from which this bike seems to come, which I’d guess is early 2000s, like ‘04 - ‘06 maybe. I don’t know my Shimano groupset iterations that well, so maybe someone who does will chime in, which would help with dating.

It’s a nice bike, though not prestigious; I’d guess it might fetch a bit of either side of $300 in a sophisticated market.

Thanks for the info, much appreciated.

chaadster - I noticed you have a '12 Breezer Venturi in your sig. Breezer Finesse was another bike I managed to snag and it's in awesome shape. Great looking bike!

Finesse is a cool ute bike; I’ve never ridden one, but it should be a treat!
