Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Yeah, that's too long and too formal. Sounds like British royalty . . . nice, but too starchy for my brand.

Funny thing, the only people who still call me William are from grade school. I introduced 'Bill' to the world somewhere in HS.

Last night for dinner: zucchini noodles, heirloom tomato, and fresh mozzarella, tossed with chopped basil, basil oil and a little garlic. Wow it was good, a tasty bowl of summer. Plus even with a 5 oz pour of wine only 500 cal total.

I will I’ll need to use up the rest of that oil and the mozzarella, we might need to get some more tomatoes and zucchini for an encore meal this week. 😁
Wow that's a meal even a veg like me could get excited about. Kudos!

And that's good. The first part, anyway. However, I pay SXM to provide me with music that I like, so there's a difference here.

There's tons of channels, yo. My problem is I only listen in the car, and then I'm too busy driving to browse more.

I only really listen to Octane, Turbo, and Alt Nation. Sometimes there's nothing I even like on any of those three and then I just use the phone through BT for a while. #philistine

So I step off the train this am and I can't find my car. Damn, stolen!

Whoops not. Forgot I took the train home from my non-standard station yesterday. That's where my car is.

Lovely morning for a walk.

The only time I've ever been called William is when someone was mad at me and my full name got trotted out - that's when you knew you were in trouble.
