Are Prime hubs worth it?

I am now on a hunt to build a semi-aero rear wheel for my road bike and I plan on using the DT Swiss RR 511 rims since they have a profile height that I want ( a bit heavy though). I found this Prime stuff and read a lot about them but there isn't enough information about the hubs. The price is really good since I'm on a tight bugdet ( student alert).
1. Are they reliable hubs? RO30 is the cheapest and I kinda fancy it.
2. Should I buy the more expensive Prime hub or just go on with a Novatec Superlight?

Thanks in advance!

I was just doing wheel research. I was initially marketed by Prime too and after more digging found out it was made by the sales website that promotes them. Maybe it's just a rebrand like a Rapha? I would judge it as an off-brand chinese wheel and only pay extremely low prices for it and only get it if you're in Europe.

I know for sure the RO20 is just a rebranded Novatec hub, not sure about the RO30. You might as well just go Novatec.
