So let's get this thing going here. I hear Froome won yesterday's stage and is the overall leader. I think that leaves only two stages to go. Or is it just one?
I would love to see some lively discussions here during today's stage.

The other big question is whether yesterday's performance brings the question of doping back to the fore.

Sky had trainers, admin staff, anyone they could round up to do hand ups. It was an organized effort.

He picked up a good chunk of that in the descents. He's fearless in that regard. I'm not discounting anything, but watching him down a gel while perched on the top tube, was pretty eye opening.

Damn guys there's not a shred of evidence that Froome is a doper, at least not in the way you all are using the word "doper". I'm no Froome fanboy but Salbutamol doesn't give you the ability to push 350W for the last three hours of a race. In which, Froome made up 50% of his time on the descents, TD said the group waited two times for Reichenbach to latch on, then no one wanted to pull except TD from there on out. What is not believable about this?

If your career is over, you might was well go out on a high note. Thats some pretty good motivation right there.

Kit doesn't match
Froome is surely being watched like a hawk, so my vote is that he's clean. If so, an amazing ride, though I would rather see someone else in pink.

I watched the race from about 90km to go, and it was exciting. I've never been a fan of Froome, but damn was that ever a ride, even him taking bottles and chucking away what he didn't need at a pace was a spectacle.
Poor, poor Yates, Pozzivivo, and Pinot though. All three cracked in the last week.

The point is that the better they make the tests the better scientists get at fooling the tests.

I think some people would rather talk about the races/racing than about doping again and again and again.

i'm still trying to discern (for a friend) why the road cycling forum is too cool for school and won't admit to following/posting in the professional cycling forum-which this clearly falls into.
if the professional cycling forum is so verboten for whatever reason(s), then kill it and merge it with the road cycling forum, or the doping forum or the general discussion forum or foo.
also still trying to discern why (again, for a friend) said professional cycling threads have been allowed to historically remain in road cycling forums vs being moved/outsourced/relegated/exiled
to the appropriate forum...? hope this wasn't too much of a spoiler. go pantani?!
