Trek Emonda 650 vs Specialized Allez vs Norco Valence A Claris

Im a short woman currently having a 700c 47cm road bike with carbon fork (about 20lbs), but I find the bike a bit hard to handle because of the size.
I want to switch to a 650c road bike.

Trek Emonda 650 (approximately 19.84 lbs) is about $1,000. Specialized Allez 650 (about 18 lbs) is $750. Norco Valence A Claris with unknown weight is also about $750.

I only do casual biking, but I also want a bike without the need to upgrade in the near future.

Is the Trek Emonda a lot better bike that worth the extra money?

I'm struggling between these bikes. Appreciate any advices!

The cost of a bike is more to do with the component group on the bike and whether the frame is made from more expensive materials and processes that give a lighter frame.

The Trek is 9 speed rear. The Specialized is an 8 speed.

Personally I'd want at least a 10 speed rear. But if that moves out of your budget, then buy the most gears you can afford on the bike that has the high and low gears you will require for your riding conditions and is the lighter of any that tie. Of course color trumps all. Go with bright colors and help rid the world of blah colored bikes. (cars too).
