How do you like this bike/frame? I was thinking about getting me one of these. Were you part of the team, or did you buy it used? I was wondering if it would be appropriate to put SRAM components on a Shimano sponsored bike :-) I guess it's ok.

Fuji Roubaix
I just picked up a 2009 Fuji Roubaix Red/White.
I picked it up for $500 on craigslist PLUS he threw in $450 worth of accessories
How could I say no?
I like it, and I hope that it is considered a pretty decent bike.

Wow looking at all these really nice Carbon bikes is kinda intimidating. I ride a 1982 steel blue fuji supreme. it's in pretty good condition and rides better than the 2001 trek road bike i had. I picked it up at a garage sale for 5 dollars and i am wanting to totally renovate it. I've looked far and wide, but i cannot find decals for my fuji supreme. if anybody knows of a place i can get these at please send me an email. thank you
i don't know if anybody really wanted to see my bike or not. i can post a picture if really wanted

I ride a 1984 Berkely ($25 garage sale) made of Fuji VALite Butted Tubing all the original components except for saddle which I can't identify and an older Shimano 600 crankset.
In the past I've ridden a pair of late 70's Sports 10's.
As with mcr05E I would live to find a source for older replacement Fuji decals.

I just took pics of my Fujis as I got new wheels for my Aloha. Both are 2008.
Team Pro and Aloha.
The Aloha is actually a 07/08 combo as frame was replaced and they were out of 08 frames so they sent me an 07. Components were from the 08 I originally had.
The team pro now has the wheels that came on the Aloha (XERO 1's ) , as I just put Zipps on the Aloha. I will get some better wheels for Team Pro next.
I like both bikes and think they are a great value and ride great.

2009 Fuji Roubaix Pro (White with Carbon Fiber). I will post pictures once I finish watching Formula 1 Australia. Although anything after that SST is just second rate, I spun on one that was in the shop yesterday and I have picked it as my goal to purchase when I am fit enough.

I'm kinda liking the gold Fuji's in the TDF this year. Kinda sexy but kinda blingy. Don't know if I have the nutz to ride a shiny gold bike but it sure looks cool. Anyone have one?

I've had this bike for about 1 month, it's a 2010 Fuji Newest 4.0. I know the components are bottom-shelf but I wasn't actually looking for a road bike at the time. The price was right on this one, and after taking it for a test ride - way more fun than the straight-handled sport hybrids I was looking at at the time - I decided to go for it. The bike shop was more of a deciding factor than anything in my purchase. It's a one-man operation and the guy rebuilds all of the bikes from the ground up, making sure all the bearings and whatnot are properly sealed and lubed. Free tuneups for the life of the bike ain't bad either. The guy is very nice but a little off his rocker (in a good way!). Anyway, it's nothing special compared to some of the hardware here but it is the bike that's gotten me into road cycling and will always have a special place in my heart. I've been learning a lot, biking a lot and spending a lot on bike stuff but so far it's all been a blast. I take her out every day for 10-12 miles and on weekends for about 30 miles along the Erie Canal trail.
