Good insider look 2018 TDF on cycling and nutrition: Eat. Race. Win on Amazon Prime.

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Good insider look 2018 TDF on cycling and nutrition: Eat. Race. Win on Amazon Prime.

I started watching this show on Amazon prime called "Eat. Race. Win" and it's free to watch for prime subscribers. It's been very good thus far. Watched like the first two episodes. It follows a team in the 2018 TDF and their chef. Crazy the amount of calories these guys consume.

Watched it recently. Recommended for a behind the scenes look at pro cycling during a tour. Note that it covers the 2017 TdF, not 2018.

Watched almost the whole season, did anyone else get an impression that the Chef was more focused on pampering the team management than riders?

Just finished watching this. I kindda binge-watched it. I enjoyed it a lot but then again, it has something to do with cycling + TDF. Can't beat that!!!

Just wondering what it offers if you are not even a casual cycling fan. Documentary criss-crosses snap shot of events between the cycling team and the crew/chef that preps their meals. Made me hungry on some scenes because the food looks really good. lol
