Newbie Help w/rubbing brake

Ok, I'm not too handy with mechanicals, but is there anything I can do myself for my back brake, which is up against the tire and rubbing on one side? I have a group ride tonight and would like to get that thing centered before we head out. Many thanks for any advice.

If just one side of ur brake is touching the wheel you can try adjusting the center alignment using a small hex wrench and adjusting the small screw on the top of the calipers.

But you included the pretty picture. That's good for 10 bonus points! :D
