Tour De Cure

Doing my first charity ride the Tour De Cure in Pittsburgh on Sunday. This will also be my first half century. Can't wait. I've trained hard and am ready to go, wish it was tomorrow!

Pittsville huh? What is your weather supposed to be like? It is getting much hotter this weekend in this part of the state. Make sure you stay hydrated and have fun.

Outstanding. Did the SoCal TdC in May (100K ... actually was 70mi). Was a great ride for a great cause (diabetes runs through my mom's side). Stay hydrated; be safe (there's always a few lunkheads who think it is a "race" ... it's a "ride"). Enjoy yourself!

Good luck! Did the TdC on the Outer Banks of North Carolina in April (registered for the century, but due to wind warnings across some of the bridges they only allowed us to do 75).

Have fun!

Grasschopper, it's gonna be a hot one. Temp is supposed to be in the lower 90's. Says it's supposed to feel like 98. That's OK though, that's just more fat I can sweat off! Go STEELERS!

JK. Have a great ride.

I had lots of family in the 'burgh (in the "bottoms"). Used to visit a few times a year. One of my favorite cities to visit. Small, down to earth and lots of fun.
