Once that happens, and the stem is down a tad more, definitely hot.

Nice bike, but agree. Not a fan of the seatpost, and I'm trying to remember if the cable need to have that much of a loop going into the top tube.

The white on the cages is enough to offset the white of the bike. Black saddle and stem would be much better.

It's OK. I was scared off from getting a TCR, but i will probably end up swapping out for one.
My old focus was a more aggressive geometry. Whilst this is a dream to cruise around on, i want something more direct in the descents again.

Here's my new Cervelo R3 Disc build. The out-front mount isn't removable, so this is it in full ready-to-ride mode with rear light/radar, front light/camera, computer, tool roll, etc. Still need to trim the steerer nub now that I have the fit where it needs to be.

Ultegra (or Ultegra level) levers have never been bulbous like that. Those would be either RS505 (11 speed, 105 level) or RS405 (10 speed, Tiagra level). I have 505s on the gravel bike. They work nicely and the knobs actually provide a nice, sure grip when you're on the hoods (at least for my hands)... but they ugly.
