Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Any owners here, especially 2017 model? There are good deals out there ($228/pair) for 2017 which looks tiny bit different but no idea about the stiffness/fit/comfort etc. Thx!

I have a pair of 2017 RC9s. They work wonderfully, never had a problem with them.

Carbon sole is super stiff. As for fit, you'd have to try to really know. The outer material is very easy to clean. Boa dials work as advertised. Ventilation is pretty good too.

I also have a pair of 2017 S-Phyres and agree 100%. By far the nicest shoe that I've ever had. I wouldn't think twice about getting another pair.
