Road Cycling ďIt is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.Ē -- Ernest Hemingway

I have a Talking Heads hits album which I quite like the style of, but the name David Byrne meant nothing until I looked it up, too. But then I would probably be like that with the front members of many bands.

Do now. But guarantee most yachties think you only sail or race day-long and not into the overnight.

One of Byrne's pet peeves is people calling the band "The Talking Heads." After all, you don't say "Led Zeppelin."

The feeling is reflected in the title of their first live album: "The Name of this Band is Talking Heads."

BTW...Did know that he's avid cyclist?
