No, but I did hold forth in front of about 5000 extremely nerdy people.
I remember it mainly from about 1976-81. I think it's cleaner. I was also impressed with how much the Amtrak ROW has been cleaned up—even landscaped on some stretches—in the last few years.

You know what I do?
Start with 50psi in a 23. Ride 'til I pinch flat, then add 2psi. Repeat as needed.

So is my worst offender... or at least she seems to think that she is. She (projects the image that she) is all in to yoga and posts from the gym, yadda yadda. The shakes/smoothies in question are some kind of meal replacement or supplemental, I assume. But how many ****ing times do you need to take and share a selfie of you gulping down some sludge with captions like, "LOVE my breakfast!" and "Good to the last drop!"
