Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Fuji Roubaix Elite 2018?

What is wrong with this bike? I was heavily interested in it last year, I just can't seem to find out much about it. Hasn't gotten a lot of reviews. It seems great at 15.5 lbs and can be had for around $1700 now. Am I missing something?

With the bankruptcy and the fact that Fuji was never one of the sexy brands, sites just don't see the desire to see much info about these bikes.

I did ride a Roubaix during the Performance closeout and it's a fine bike. Some folks just knock it because it's a Fuji and not a Trek or Specialized.

Most places around here that carried Fuji liquidated the bikes and pretty good i guess. I see a bunch of them out on the trails now where they were not so much before. They look like a nice ride though. The bankruptcies would make me a bit nervous unless I had a shop taking care of any warranty issues.
