Cycling shoes with a bump?
Can anyone recommend a cycling shoe that has a "bump." I have been experiencing a lot of foot pain/numbness and am hoping that a bump will help. Thank you in advance for your help.

I think you may be referring to what some people call a metatarsal (sp?) ridge or something like that. If shoes have them, its usually built into the insole. Check out the Specialized insoles and shoes--I know the shoes have a slight ridge in this area just between the toes and the ball of the foot....

I just recently bought the Specialized Carbon Pro's and they have a small "bump" in them. I tried on all the top shoes and the Specialized were by far the most comfortable...now I don't even notice my feet, which is a good thing.
