Do you guys recommend an online store (if yes, please recommend me some) or Supergo? I'm located in SoCal and i was wondering whether it would be cheaper to buy it at a local shop or online..

Same for shoes. Different companies use different lasts, so a 43 Sidi will not fit the same as a 42 Shimano.

www.nashbar.com is one that I have used personally and have seen lots of people here recommend. Once again i will reiterate everybody elses advice however. Make sure you try it before you buy it because lots of things do not fit the same just because they are similar or etc. The best bet for fitting would be to go to your LBS and try on a specific helmet or a specific brand of shoes. I of course would support my LBS by purchasing the item from them unless their prices were extremely exorbitant. Often times building up relationships with your LBS can result in discounts .

whoever has what you're looking for for the best price (for the major outlets do a coupon code search)...there are a lot of reputable dealers, here are a few.
www.nashbar.com
www.performancebike.com
www.coloradocyclist.com
www.wisecyclebuys.com
www.supergo.com
www.ebay.com (although I'm careful about what I get used, stem or cranks and the like typcially no problem)
www.competitivecyclist.com (often more spendy but cool pix, frames)
www.gvhbikes.com (frames)
