Looking at those chili cheese fries almost had me on my way to Sonic for some, but we're in the heat of the day so I'm just gonna make some chili cheese hash browns here at home.

Maybe 12 years ago I dated a woman who lived in Harrisburg. I can solemnly swear that there is nothing fun to do in the city itself, unless you like miniature golf. The coolest thing was the tour of the state capitol building, but I have to believe that’s shut down right now.

Incorrect.
I'm walking the property, picking up a million sticks from the last rainstorm, I come around a corner and see a guy mowing the softball field. wut I went over and talk to him and he's from the tenant church that uses our facilities. Turns out they're planning to have an outdoor service this weekend since the church building is "closed." Anyway, after toiling for weeks in obscurity, at last my mowing finally counts. Someone will be there to appreciate the finely trimmed lawn. :bday: |

I have been getting zero exercise since the nurse decided to punish me by making my left hand into a thumbed spatula. It had to be done, if the finger was to heal.
I've been intermittent fasting for about a month, with no definite schedule to it. So, this afternoon, getting up for breakfast, a few hours later than I should have, I suffered standing up too fast low blood pressure. And, subsequently couldn't sit up to eat. I have now finished, from the comfort of the hammock, and feel much better. I will begin a daily walking routine to prevent such in the future. And, who knows? Maybe I'll stick to a more regular eating schedule. |
It might be time for me to visit 50+. I believe they have a sub-category: 65-85

Uh-oh. datlas - approved Ti with pretty sweet wheels and Stages for only 800 bones! So tempting. at 52cm it's at the low end of my size range. I'd probably have to put a tall stack stem on there.

Catching up:
1. We had 558’ of ascent on our 23.8 mi. tandem ride this afternoon. 2. Illinoisans consider Wisconsin to be an Illinois State Recreation Area. |

I try to keep it under 10' a mile but didn't quite make it today. Hills hurt. :)

Second flattest state, next to Florida. I have a lot of steep (12-20%) but short hills along the Illinois River but within a mile of the bluffs, it becomes pretty flat. When the settlers headed west, they actually bypassed this part of the country because they couldn't break the prairie grass sod with wooden plows. Also, because a lot of parts of Illinois are so flat, it tended to be somewhat swampy in places. After the steel plow came into being, the grass was destroyed and the soil was drained.
