American Classic 420 Wheelset

Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

American Classic 420 Wheelset

Hi Everyone!

I'm just wondering if there's anyone who has any experience inflating their tires on American Classic 420 clinchers above 120 psi? Were there any problems encountered at above this tire pressure?

Thanks for any feedback.

I've gone up to 145 psi on my AC 350 Sprints with no problems (in the short term at least) using Vredestein Fortezza Tri Comps (max 145 psi).

Why would you ever want to go above 120? Rolling resistance will start to go up, and that is unsafe for your rim anyways.
