Which jersey for STP?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Now there's a change - people usually request that I stop breaking wind.

What about starting the ride wearing both jerseys, and taking the top one off at the half-way point? New heights in poserdom - not even Cipollini tried that during a race!

Is it common to get hassled by redneck motorists during the STP? If so, wear the USA jersey. Seriously. Even the most inbred, banjo-dueling, mouth-breathing cretin will think twice before hurling a beer bottle at the flag.
