What about starting the ride wearing both jerseys, and taking the top one off at the half-way point? New heights in poserdom - not even Cipollini tried that during a race!
Is it common to get hassled by redneck motorists during the STP? If so, wear the USA jersey. Seriously. Even the most inbred, banjo-dueling, mouth-breathing cretin will think twice before hurling a beer bottle at the flag.
