Most underated or best buy?

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

They all are fiercely competitive at the $1000 and below price points. Some would say the Felt and Fuji rank up there on the value list.

Most under-rated bike is the '04 closeout model in your size (seriously). Especially if they are both 9s.

I'd say in the $1799-2400 range, it's got to be Felt, but I'm a bit biased...if you're in the market for a bike, I'd think about waiting until fall/early winter for the '05 models to go on sale.

Motobecane Le Champion was the best deal going for a good while... basically a re-badged Fuji TeamSL with American Classic 350's and full Ultegra for $1100. Too bad they're all gone now.

This is so true. Keep an eye out for the specials on the 04s and 05s as the 06's will be comming out soon.

I'll ride any of them. It gets more difficult though at the higher price ranges because in my mind they are more differentiated.

<$1000 and it's one companies aluminum vs another companies aluminum bike. Of course there are a few steel bikes to pick from also, but not much.

All three of my road bikes have been last years closeouts. I have saved a combined $1,300 under retail on those bikes.
