Help- Small ring vibrations
The past two rides I’ve noticed some vibrations coming through the crank to my feet while in the small chainring. It happens from the 30t to the 17t cogs. On the big ring in all gears it doesn’t happen.
Also introduced in the last two rides, the bike would no longer shift to the 11t (on the big ring). That was fixed w/ a slight adjustment but the vibrating didn’t stop. Its 8000 series Di2. Any thoughts? I know this is incredibly vague. |
Was the bike dropped prior to the rides where you could not get to the 11T cog? A bent derailleur hanger could cause that. The adjustment could get it back but having it out of alignment can cause other issues.
If you're sure it's aligned ok, I'd check clearance between chain and front derailleur when your in a combination where the vibration is present. Might be rubbing. |
