Anyone have probs with Assos shorts?
I got the FI.mille recently. The chamois insert is quite comfortable. However, I found the stitching on the back of the leg cuff is very irritating -- I now have what looks like a bruise or rash on each leg. They are sized properly according to their chart.
These are too expensive to have any probs -- is this common? Solution?

Yeah, next time I'm gonna try some of those "less expensive" Pearl Izumi that retail for around $109.

Same problem as SteveE. But since buying a pair they are all I will buy now as they are so comfortable. The wife hates it but if she spent up to 6hrs in the saddle she would understand why I love them so much.

Is it bad I ride in a pair of Monday's that I picked up from nashbar for like 18US? I wish I could afford 109US shorts, well not really.

I tried more expensive shorts but they felt the same....so I stick with my 18US mondays that when I crash and destroy em I'm out 18, not 100+
