Notices
Road Cycling ďIt is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.Ē -- Ernest Hemingway

This plan is really coming together nicely!

I just think I'd have trouble with a fancy gravel bike that's going to spend most of its life filthy. I'm even right now considering if I can just forgo the powermeter on it.

Let's be honest; that's probably not going to happen.

If it's a test, I know what the correct answer is.

If I could find a deal steal on an Aspero frameset (or maybe even the similar 3T model) similar to what I got on my R3 Disc ($1200 from Excel), there would be no internal debate - I'd get it an sell the R3. Being able to run gravel wheels and/or full fenders would be nice, even if it didn't come in to play that often.

Nope. Not gonna happen. Even I have been keeping an eye out for a deal on a PM for the Haanjo, though probably just an NDS crankarm type - affordable and I don't see myself needing full/dual all that much for the kinds of rides that it would see.

He did something similar in the Ď19-20 soccer season, so this was not an isolated incident.

I was glad to see that he was arrested and charged on Friday.

My company is going through an acquisition right now and Iím not 100% certain Iím safe. If I am, I should get a pretty hefty retention bonus, so that could theoretically fund a new bike. I really just want something to ride in the winter without getting the R3 all ****ty

There has to be a vanishingly small window of tech savviness wherein you don't know how to embed an image that you found online, but you are capable of taking and uploading a picture of your monitor with said image displayed upon it.

Just brought it up out of the blue? Definitely a trap. Go to DEFCON 4.

It's really something how tennis can figure out where a 100+ mph ball bounces, but football can't tell where a ball is sitting on the field.

It'll be interesting to see how long Mahomes can sustain the torrid pace. He's got crazy arm talent, ridiculous weapons to throw to, and rules favorable to the passing game.
