So one of my friends “inherited” a computrainer from another friend who recently moved. She thinks she can adapt it to use Zwift. I told her I don’t know much about these old computrainers but I fear it may be a huge hassle to get it to work on Zwift.

I did 8x4 Squats, hip crease below knees, (the real deal) 185 then got to go on a 3 hour endurance ride. You can weep for me, because it really sucked. All this between getting Little Lotus June's stitches out from being fixed, and selling a Ranger.

I hate selling cars almost as much as buying cars.

Thats some serious lifting. I’m jealous you have access to weights. I just restarted deadlifts with the resistance bands because did nothing but ab rollouts all summer and my upper back was starting to hurt after working in the kitchen for a few minutes. I’m going to have to start squatting with the bands and doing one-leg chair squats, which I just hate.

Also started some micro-doses of rope jumping/skipping last week, but it did something indescribable horrible to my legs, from which I’m just starting to recover.

I concur. Pretty much like this one, one of my favorites.
