Notices
Road Cycling ďIt is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.Ē -- Ernest Hemingway

I stopped my occasional serious drinking events several years ago. Not only was the spinning room no longer fun, but the constant threat of getting busted on the way home just became too much.

I hang out in a virtual happy hour with a FB bourbon group most Fridays. Nice people and all, but if not for the covid socializing restrictions I would certainly drink less. Otherwise, it's about an ounce of bourbon before dinner most weeknights and just a single beer on Sundays watching football.

When we go out for a couple, we typically walk. We can catch a trail through the woods to get to our local brewery/taproom. Sometimes Iíll stop there post ride for quick pint before heading down the same trail home.

I feel the same about my adolescence and early 20s. Who would have guessed it, right?

No, Vol . . . no details.

According to my reading, the vaccine keeps the spikes from attaching to whatever they attach to before they get into the respiratory system. Kind of like cutting the legs off the bad guy so he can't walk into a bank and start shooting.

But, hey, what do I know.

I stole this picture from a friend, it's a place we rode by on Saturday. I think they have at least 3 camels, 2 hump and 1 hump models.

We've pretty much switched all of our giving this year to efforts to provide food and medical care to people. Breaks my heart to see people lining up for food.

You have a point.

Okay, truth be told . . . . . . . it wasn't so much my early 20s, it was more like my late adolescence.

There, I'm cleansed.

Iso, what were the superteam sellers you used, and were they on ebay?

Friend of mine is ordering a pair this week, and I donít want him to get the same crawltastic experience that I am currently enjoying.

Why not Amazon instead of Ebay? Some of the ads say in stock and ready to ship. For example, Amazon.com : Superteam Disc Brake wheelset Center Lock 12100/12142 Tubeless 700C (40mm Depth) : Sports & Outdoors

mine weíre bought on amazon, were in stock and still looking like 3 month wait.
I didnít know what order site Iso was referring too when he mentioned those names last week. He might have very well meant amazon.

We have realigned in that direction too, but still have our eye on other problems.
