Notices
Road Cycling ďIt is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.Ē -- Ernest Hemingway

Grrrrr. Did intervals tonight, which would have been the first time with a heart rate monitor. Checked the blue tooth connection before I got started it showed that it was connected but for some reason it never recorded anything on cycle meter. Apple health picked it up but only data itís shows is when I started my heart rate was 57 and the max that I had was 177. Bummed.
