Addiction LXXX

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

That's the big claim to fame. Before that it was famous for being just a half hour drive from Meteor Crater.

I stopped there and got gas and a cheese steak at subway on my way to Bull Head City. Sandwich was good.

It's 28°, overcast, and windy. I'm staring at the trainer and wondering if I should just put the polar stuff on and go out. Then again, I could just sit back down in the recliner, again.

It's raining here, a rare event. It rained last night and there was thunder and hail. I can't remember the last time it rained enough to get things wet. It's been years since there was hail here.
Whenever it rains the local news is filled with stories of water running in the gutters and people getting rained on. Just now there was a story of water getting into a tent a restaurant was using for outdoor dining.

I got shots of yellow jacket venom. It was painful, but worked for me. Cured me of my allergy.

I'm surprised serpent handling hasn't already been prescribed.
