Addiction LXXX

Notices
Road Cycling It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle. -- Ernest Hemingway

If you have an allergy to stinging insects like bees or wasps, it's a viable option.

For your wonky autoimmune problem, not recommended.

Just got a winter weather warning for noon Tuesday till 4 PM Wednesday. I bet it won't amount to much. We are snow-less for the season which is a rarity for sure.

I also found a medium size pair of vise grips and a cheapo kitchen chef knife.

Just a wee bit colder than that here when I set out. My computer said 20F was the average temp, and I believe it! I think if I had some mittens it wouldn't have been too bad.

Need to figure out something with my left knee though, it was very very upset towards the end of the ride and even more so going down the staircase in my house to shower afterwards

They're forecasting 4"-6" beginning at 3PM for us tomorrow. Still some snow on the roads from the inch or so we got last night, but they were in much better shape than I expected.

I used Pearl Izumi lobster gloves today. I used to use mittens but with electronic shifting, had to go with the lobsters and even then, I miss a lot of shifts.

As for snow, we are at the south end of the warning area and will probably only get a couple inches at the most.

We’ve only seen a very slight dusting to date. Weird.

Pretty much ok. Arm slightly tender. Overall feel response was comparable to seasonal flu shot.

You have nothing to add about Winslow and its place in old-timer music?
