Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Tablet size and recommendations

I was originally going to set up a TV for my indoor space, but I basically have to position of behind the monitor on my desk and move my monitor any time I want to use the TV (7 feet away, so the monitor would be too small) or mount it on the wall above the monitor, which would likely be too high to be comfortable.

My alternative is a tablet with a holder attached to the bars. What size tablet is a good size? I've seen some 8", which seems small. Also saw a 10.1" with ANT+. What size do people recommend of they go the tablet route?

And any recommendations?

I was using my iPad Pro 11” on a Tacx Handlebar Bracket using The Sufferfest. That setup worked well for me. I have since moved to using the Wahoo App for workouts on my Kickr Core with my iPhone.

When riding on the road, leave the tablet home.

How did you feel about the screen size at 11"? Large enough?

The Wahoo App doesn't allow you to create structured workouts, does it?

The 11” iPad was plenty big enough for me. I never watched the Sufferfest videos and just viewed the data. I would watch videos on my 55” TV instead. The Wahoo app has to be adjusted manually and I usually just complete a ramp workout.

Maybe you would get more responses if you asked the question in the correct forum.
