Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I wish you could have been around for that "diamond thread" we had a while back. Guys were talking about being scared their diamond would not be big enough when they proposed. that doesn't matter to the woman if you have brains, potential, and a good physique. You could propose to them with one of those "candy" rings you get out of a wrapper and they still would accept.

They really need to incorporate some upperbody work out on a bike lol. I told her id gain 20 pounds of pure upper body over summer, but it sure doesnt look like im on track. Have you seen one of those bikes, where the gear is upper body, and you use your arms to pedal ? hahha, that would be bad ass doing 200 miles with just ur arms.

As opposed to people who post pictures of themselves and ask woman how sexy they are, the're not losers, there really cool guys who aren't insecure, egomaniacal losers. Those lucky women in Seattle.....any way that I can become your bestest internet buddy, kind of like your wingman? I could learn so much from someone like you.

When im on the internet, im having fun, and amusing myself, since its a slow week atwork. Ur just a newbie hater whos also a sore loser.

ask any girl, they would much rather be in seattle, than Virginia LMAO. Your state has been in economic slump for decades. Go back to work on your textile plant. Hopefully you will save enough for a bike next year.

haha (I prefer very intellectual girls anyways)

By the way I don’t like KEAZN420blahblahs post because joke or not, he sounds quite conceited. If he was proud of himself pictures would have been posted up minus the whole I’m too sexy bit, and then he should have waited for the nice compliments to spill in. But his post had an inverse effect.

Also, perpendicular angular force is an easily understandable concept :].

BTW, I am sure you did 200 miles @ 20 MPH with one water bottle... sure you did... right....

Exactly! He does look soft....verging on the Pillsbury Dough Boy. He should come to Laguna Beach and ride with the Rads. I guarantee he'll get a major lesson in humility. Oh, I forgot to mention it's all mountain bikers. Wore down Rasmussen when he tried to ride here.

Um, sore loser because?....does this mean we can't be bestest internet buddies? And no, I'm not a newbie hater, just a annoying troll hater.

???? Crushing response, I'm sure I'll be crying myself to sleep tonight. What the hell does "ask any girl where they would rather be" have to do with anything? Oh, and nothing like the "your state is in an economic slump for decades (which, incidentally, is ridiculously untrue)" smackdown to put me in my place. How the hell can I recover from that blow? Man, your good. And the "save enough for the new bike" line? Money, pure gold. You're the best.

yup, ur right 1 water bottle. There are stops every 20 miles to fill water, why would you carry more weight than you need?

at the moment, im trying to put on 20 more pounds. So yes, im gonna look big compared to most pure riders. There is this thing called "upper body" work outs too you know
