Well, well, well - it looks like I won't be needing that Bro Pricing on the saddle or much else. As of receipt of an email this morning, I'm working with a lawyer in the UK on being recognized as the heir to the £14.8 million estate of his recently deceased client.. Of course, we'll be splitting this, so I'm not getting the full £14.8 million, but half of that will still leave me with enough for saddles and plenty of other goodies, too... in fact, it'll be NBD for all Addicionites!

Sweet. I'll help. Let me know when you need my SS# and bank account numbers. It's the least I can do.

Fitbit/google must have updated the Fitbit app in the last couple days. As of this morning, I get a persistent notification that "Fitbit pedometer service is running" in the background. Seeing it makes me feel icky, even though it shouldn't.

So it is

Awesome! Just a heads-up, I gave him that info, too, but he also needed my mother's maiden name and the name of the hospital where I was born - if you could get that to me at the same time, I'm sure that it would cut down on the back-and-forth.
This is going to be awesome!

My realtor is coming by for a look see tonight. I am just about done with the fixing up. My Daughter and S.i.l were a huge help.
The ceiling in the garage had an area that was cracked and had a pronounced sag to it. I had originally elected to not fix it. S.i.l and I discussed this very fact on Saturday while moving items out of the garage to storage.
Sunday morning I worked on several small items and did a 30 minute zwift ride. Until the kids showed up. I changed clothes and opened the door to go into the garage to find a 5' x 4' hole in the ceiling in the garage located where the cracked and sagged area was. Also of note was a large amount of styrofoam chunks blowing around mixed in with some chunks of thin black vinyl/ rubber.
Squirrels. Apparently I was making to much progress towards moving out. So the Squirrels attacked.
There is a large gable vent in front of the garage. The roof would just be a normal hip roof were it not for this small gable. It's 10' across and 2' tall, all vent, and sits right on the roof. The squirrels ripped through the screen, fell through the bad area of the ceiling just below it. And proceeded to chew and claw @ the back of the garage door insulation and sill seal at the bottom trying to escape.
I ended up replacing 4' x 7' of wet plaster with 5/8 drywall. I will attempt to throw on another coat of compound tonight. That will be that.
EDIT: I still have to clean carpets. And some wall repairs upstairs but small potatoes.

Sold a nice couple a set of his & hers Fuji Captivas today. Had a great time helping them choose accessories like fenders, racks, trunk bags. They chose insulated trunk bags to keep their growlers cool on their adventures.

I don't know if her husband would actually join her on rides, he plays tennis. Lots of tennis. When he's not playing tennis he might be watching the Tennis Channel.
