Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

Reminds me of the time I was out walking the dog and a carload of young morons drives by, and someone tries to egg me. But apparently they had no experience with adjusting for relative velocity, as the egg flew past at least 6 feet in front of me.

EDIT: Also reminds me of the time a friend and I were riding and ended up in the middle of a charity ride. Some young toughs in a pickup (why is it ALWAYS a pickup?) drove by and the passenger did the usual "Get off the road!" shout. So I gave him a very friendly wave and shouted "HI!". I could see the passenger get pissed off that I seem to have misinterpreted him...

They did another MRI? All that matters is how it feels.

And, say, are they placing those injections transforaminally? Practice varies widely, but the literature shows no benefit for other approaches.

Have also heard Tylenol vs ibuprofen for the headache and fever? But that seems to depend on who you ask

There is a superstition that anything which interferes with the inflammatory response will reduce the "take." However, there is no evidence for this. The CDC says "talk to your doctor" about it, just in case your doctor has some half-assed opinion on it. Most doctors I know who had big time symptoms took something. Try Tylenol first.

I have a 92 Paramount PDG. A very stiff frame. Tange Prestige Oversized tubing. Until I discovered cushy tires, it was difficult on imperfect roads. It currently wears 27mm Open Pavès. With another pair waiting for these to wear out. 320 tpi.

Fluids are always a plus. Which reminds me, I need to focus on more daily water.
