Fuji Or Trek?
 

Hey im getting a new bike and i was wonder wat ur prefferences are (SP?) i want full carbon and prefferably campy groupo so post here. and tell me ur personal experiences.

Good luck getting a Trek with Campy stock (are you in the US? Maybe they offer Campy in Europe). Personally both comapnies make good bikes and if they fit I wouldn't hesitate to buy either. That said someting about the Trek geometry doesn't fit me. THe angles are a little steeper so maybe that is it but when I rode some 56cm Treks I found that I hit my kneew on the bars when climbing out of the saddle or at least had to be concious not to. On my 56cm Salsa La Raza there is no issue I have plenty of clearance and I have a shorter stem on there than the Trek I rode had on it. Fujis are very nice and for me they fit better so of the two I would lean toward the Fuji but it is a personel thing.

Whatever one fits you better. Good luck finding a trek with campy unless you are building it up.

Klein comes with campy, in the Trek, Lemond, Klein family.

I'm riding a Fuji C7 frame, the one used on the Fuji Team and Professional issue bikes. You would want the Euro version of one of those bikes. Again, US availabilty of the Euro version may be a problem.

Regarding the frame, it is very light, very stiff, highly responsive and absorbs just enough vibration so that you don't feel beat up at the end of a long ride. I have not felt any flex from the BB at all and my hill climbing is noticably better. I've been riding mine for about 4 months and I really can't imagine what a better frame would feel like.

The euro version of Fuji just means it has Campy. You can get it in the US just as easily as the regular version. You just may have to waut a week or two for them to order it, because I doubt many places stock Campy Fuji's.

I actually got mine 4 weeks earlier than the rest of the team. They all ordered Shimano.

CSclone were ya at the Renissance criterium last week? I saw your team with a buncha fujis. Tell you what, those were awsome. Btw your team did a very nice organized event.
