cheap or well aged is my guess. I have had it happen with some stuff I've used. If you apply some moisturizer to the hairy areas poking thru, it tends to help contain them from being so aggressive & enables the hairs to lay flat.

Happens to me sometimes. If you can reach in and smoothen it down (with the grain), that might help. I doubt anyone will notice, let alone say something, but if they do just say it's a new kind of fur lining for warmth.
