Orbea Pricing

Hi Everyone - I'm interested in test riding/buying an Orbea - but I can't find a source for pricing on the net - I'm looking around the 1200 to 1500 range.

I would like to know which s I can afford before I get too emotionally attached.

:D

Have you tried locating/contacting a local dealer?

My LBS lists suggested retail on line here. The Volata and Vuelta are in your range.

They also have the Dauphine for $1900 if you want to stretch the budget.

You can't go wrong with a Veloce equiped ride IMO. Post the pics when you get it.

Also look into getting a Mitis frame and having the shop do a custom Veloce build. It should cost about the same (a little more probably though) and you will get an entire rear triangle carbon instead of just the seat stays. It also gives you 4 color options instead of one.

This is already at the top end of my bike budget - otherwise I would have to pull money out of my Orange Shoes and Orange socks budget.

I would still ask, they may be able to build it cheaper than I'm thinking. Either way, you can't go wrong. Good luck

I too think you might be able to do it within that price with a mitis 2 + carbon. (depending on your components) My frame here cost equiv to $880 US dollars. That is frame forks and headset. I have no idea of the prices there in the USA though. Also, mine is all black, the US web site doesn't show a black option. Have any of you seen one over there.
Steve.
