Weird bike trusses
I figured you guys might be interested in this, my buddy who works for a company that works with carbon fiber sent this to me, might be interesting to see this on a road bike.

Doesn't look very aerodynamic but it's interesting technology

Not only does it look bizarre, but I have a funny feeling that a lot of bizarre things could happen to a frame like that....

I felt vaguely uncomfortable seeing that bike. You know, like when you're watching America's Funniest Videos and you just know that some guy is going to get blasted in the seeds by some little kid wielding a bat or golf club. I'm sure the engineers that came up with the idea were really bright but it just LOOKS wrong and possibly very painful if it disintegrates on impact.
