White cycling shoes

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

My Zwift avatar wears white year-round. IRL I wear black because I am too lazy to maintain white shoes and blacks just clean up with a sponge. Did I say I am lazy? I meant, too practical.

Sure, I have white shoes. More because that's what was available with the compromise of price/features that I wanted when I got them. I look ridiculous enough on the bike that my shoes are the least of my worries, so I really don't care.
