Not paying for charity ride

Notices
Road Cycling “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them. Thus you remember them as they actually are, while in a motor car only a high hill impresses you, and you have no such accurate remembrance of country you have driven through as you gain by riding a bicycle.” -- Ernest Hemingway

I have little doubt that you know. The part I don't fully grasp is why so many people who know that this is almost certainly the case, nevertheless enjoy getting wound up so much.

I won't even go into what they do to bandits and cheats at running events. Those people get their lives ruined. It's not worth it.

Volunteers at a charity event wouldn’t do that. At most they’d mutter, “ What a d**che that guy is.”

Who was the golfer? I can think of a few that have been questionable.

Larry, I would not go poaching but I personally get really annoyed at the self entitlement that many of these rides and riders have, especially the gran fondo crowd. Charity my ass.
if you only had that 1 & only option to choose from & refused to see outside the box, well that wouldn't support your activities outdoors.
