CO2 pump
Who uses a combination CO2 inflator and pump? Is there a particular model you like or would recommend?

I don't have a recommendation, but I'll suggest avoiding the Bontrager Air Rush Road Mini Pump. I've never tried the CO2 functionality, but the pump sucks. I picked it up while visiting my sister since I didn't have my pump with me and it struggle even just trying to top up a 700x28 tire. The tires were at about 50 psi, and even after 220 strokes, I couldn't get them to go past 80 psi. It just doesn't seem to be able to do higher pressures. I used a compressor to get them up to 95 and 100 psi and they held that just fine so there wasn't a slow leak or anything. Pump just seems to pump very little air and not be capable of high pressures. My similar sized Portland Design Works mini pump would have easily gotten me to 100psi in many fewer strokes. That pump is no longer made, but they do make a mini pump with CO2 now, that perhaps is worth looking into, but I have no experience with.
PDW Ninja Pump
Edit: Don't waste your time with the PDW based on reading the review Bald Paul references in the next post. It seems like these combined pump/CO2 inflators have very compromised pumps as sort of a last resort. I think I'd stick with separate pump and inflator so each one does its job well.

I have a Silca frame pump. It puts in air with about 400 ppm CO2. The funny thing is, every year it seems to put a bit more CO2 in the mix.

My Zephal HPXs mostly just pump useless nitrogen. 90 strokes makes pressure gauges happy but I wonder about that lifeless stuff inside my tubes. Oh well, those pumps (and the earlier HPs) have kept my tires pumped for 50 years.

Maybe we should be inflating our tires with helium.
Or better yet, hydrogen. Imagine the future "I set my wheel on fire" threads.
